ATM Depression Clinic is our first clinic in the Northeast Ohio area to offer help in the treatment of Severe Chronic Pain, Treatment Resistant Depression, PTSD and Addiction.
Traditional treatments, such as antidepressant medications, psychotherapy, and lifestyle changes, do not always work for those who suffer from severe depression.

Our purpose is to treat every patient with dignity, respect, and compassion. We want to provide relief to people that have suffered for too long from chronic mental health issues.
Our approach is to help individuals who have not had success with conventional treatments find relief so that they can lead a productive, meaningful life.

Edwina Simmons, MD
Staff Physician
Edwina Simmons, M.D. earned her medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Metrohealth Medical Center/University Hospitals. Dr Simmons has over 30 years of experience in women's medical issues and has significant experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy. Dr Simmons is truly committed to finding what works for each individual patient as he/she determines their specific wellness goals.
Gerald E. Marsh, PhD, MS, CRNA
Gerald Marsh, PhD, MS, CRNA attended Drew University, School of Anesthesia in Wilmington, CA. Dr. Marsh completed his anesthesia training at Martin Luther King Jr. General Hospital in Wilmington CA. With over 30 years experience practicing anesthesia in a variety of outlets including hospitals, surgery centers, dental offices and plastic surgery centers, administering general, LMA, intravenous and spinal anesthesia Dr. Marsh can confidently say that he has seen a majority of the circumstances that come into play while performing anesthesia. Add to it his PhD in Pharmacology and this seasoned vet is an expert in dosing and administering anesthesia. With extensive experience using Ketamine in the anesthesia community, Dr Marsh is well versed in it’s ability to help those with chronic depression, anxiety and pain.
